Location: Locations throughout Palm Beach County
Hours: 3-4 hours 1x per week
Details of volunteer activity: Greet clients when they arrive, sign them in so they are taken in order, make sure the have all their documents to have their taxes prepared and they qualify for the program. Assign them to a tax preparer. Please note all volunteers must complete two ten question tests. When volunteers contact us we will send the link to the tests.

Students can mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters! Joining our ThinkBig Club/Site Based Program will allow each interested volunteer to earn community service hours and change the life of a child simultaneously!
We offer this opportunity to high school students to be matched with a child in elementary school for one hour, once a week! All that is needed is a positive attitude, willingness to help with homework and play board games; which are provided.

Details of volunteer activity: We are looking for volunteers to participate in the walk. We are also in need of help setting up our table for the festival, representing KidSafe at the table, and cleaning up our area at the end of the event. Our table will consist of passing out informational materials to event participants.

We are always in need of volunteers at Furry Friends. We ask for an ongoing twice per month commitment, either by volunteering at adoption events or at our shelter. We also need fosters for our animals. Minimum age to be unaccompanied by a parent is 16.
